🔷 Synchronized 3m springboard: Olympic champ Chen Yiwen + World champ Lin Shan seal it with 225.63 PTS. Another Guangdong duo snag bronze.

🔷 10m platform: Sichuan’s Lu Wei slips up, Wang Weiying grabs gold for Guangdong with 372.70 PTS.

🔷 3m springboard: Chen leads with 373.05 PTS; Lin close behind.

President Xi Jinping opened China’s 15th National Games in Guangzhou on November 9, 2025. Hong Kong, which co-hosted the event for the first time, was represented by the city’s Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu and its athletes, as well as Cantopop stars Andy Lau Tak-wah and Joey Yung Cho-yee. Xi praised the co-hosts, including the cities of Hong Kong and Macau as well as Guangdong province, as an open, economically dynamic area and affirmed continued support for the region’s growth.
